Breakfast: fried minced pork and scrambled eggs
Lunch: shrimps with lemongrass and rocket salad
Dinner: two frogs and green salad
Today I was a “bad boy”. I had several Ricards in the evening (maybe 200ml) and two bowls of durian ice cream (to finish the package from the freezer). This will be a setback…:(
